Solarus is THE best internet company we have ever had! Our internet was going in and out. Called tech support got an incredibly nice person that got us back running in 10 minutes. But something still didn't look right so he said he would escalate the problem. We were called back in 30 minutes and they were at our house 10 minutes later to replace a piece of equipment and rechecked everything. And what a nice young man that came out to the house. No other company would be able to do all of that within 90 minutes! Thank you!

Solaris internet is horrible! Service is patchy and unreliable. They know they are the only internet provider in the area so you have no choice but to use them. Phone calls drop constantly and connectivity is ridiculous. If something goes wrong they shut down their phone lines and chats etc. So you can't reach anyone. Yet if your bill is a day late they shut your internet off and charge a reconnection fee. Horrible service horrible company horrible customer service! Hate hate hate them! If we had a choice we would use another provider. Looking into tesla starling for the future.

Coming from Spectrum, an incredibly corrupt company with deceptive employees, this company is a breath of fresh air. A human answered the phone and set me up with fast internet instead of being put through the runaround of sales people that lie to you about pricing and services (cough spectrum). That being said, I'm a computer guy and I wish they'd let me customize my network security without the need to buy a separate router. I also dislike that I have to call the company to change my network password. While it may be convenient and desired for some, it is not something I am a fan of and don't find that to be very secure. Either way I appreciate their service.

This company is great to work with and they're quick to respond to issues. Customer service and tech support are great as well, it's nice to talk to someone locally.

Great local company with knowledgeable tech support. I've never had any major issues. Any small issues are addressed quickly and the call center is local. During the pandemic, they even sent all their customers gift cards to help people out during the shut down and extra upgrades and services for free. Thank you!

Our internet was freezing and tech support came the next day (it was night) and put in a new modem for free, and they let us know that we could get MUCH faster speed (20mbps to 160mbps!), if we wanted (absolutely no pressure), for a fraction more of the cost! But best and most important of all, both the tech support guys were kind, friendly, funny, and easygoing. Just all around the best experience with customer service we've had. Thank you!!!

I was with Solaris for a long time and had cable and internet things got a little rough financially for me I lost my mom and things won't come with being paid properly I did speak with the receptionist there and say hey I'll be in next month I'll pay the full amount 1 month I told them it's 2 days before my payday I will come in and pay it in full she would not work with me she would not even give me the time 2 days before payday in she couldn't wait
