Mountain West Technologies

Just signed up w/ Mtn West Tech on their 307 Speed Goat promotion. Ive worked w/ their Sales, Field and Office departments and they have all been excellent to work with. My location signal was at their lower end and they have worked and studied the site to insure I would be happy w/ the service. I've had it a week and it is working great! I have truly enjoyed working w/ the team and appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction. Full 5 Stars!

We've been blown away from the service of this company! We moved to rural Wheatland a year ago and went with a competitor who stated, "you will have the fastest service here with a direct line to our tower."... we couldn't even log onto social media, much less stream tv apps. They then charged us a cancelation fee even though it didn't even work. An installer with mountain west drove by one day and welcomed us to the neighborhood, we got talking and decided to give them a shot. We've never looked back! Never had one issue with service and it is FAST, never had an issue with billing and when you call, you speak to a real person. Absolutely LOVE this company!!!! And they support local events... !!!

We have always been treated decently by the staff at Mtn West. Billing, I believe, is done in-house now, which is much nicer (we had previously had issues receiving our bill too close to when it was due, we are not auto-pay). When I've called for IT Support they are usually pretty helpful at solving the problem but seem to lack knowledge/expertise at times (but maybe they were new ). Overall, I would still recommend them. They are reasonably affordable for the overall quality/service you receive and at least give an effort to help when issues do arise. Down times typically do not last long (usually weather related, but not always) and if I recall correctly they have IT people available outside of "normal" business hours which has come in handy more than once! We'll continue sticking with them!

It's been 7 years and 3 houses later... Mountain West has been the best internet service provider we could ask for. Were just a family, with kids that love streaming movies. We had them to our house for an issue one time in 7 years(a faulty router on our end) their team worked diligently and got us a new router installed. These are good, local people- just a great vibe I'm sure I wouldn't have with a big name service provider.

I've never had an issue with Mountain West, they're always on top of their game and they don't charge a small fortune. Today - my internet went down- and when the line that had been cut was resolved my internet still hadn't came back up. Tim was able to troubleshoot and help me by messaging to get my internet working again, on a Sunday evening no less. Now that's customer service. Highly recommended them to anyone looking. First time in 4 years since I've bought my home that my internet has been down. That's leaps and bounds above the competition. So, if you're looking for new internet providers I highly recommend giving them a try, you won't be disappointed.

This company has the best customer service.. always get back to us quickly! We are out of town, and they were quick to help us get internet service!!

I have used Mtn West for years, approaching a decade. Best Internet service I have ever had. Extremely reasonable prices, and a customer service philosophy that is over the top. I love my internet provider.

Freaking awful. Goes down SEVERAL times a month for hours at a time which REALLY sucks when you work from home full time and rely on internet. Do NOT recommend and if I had a different choice where I live I would go with it. Maybe starlink will be better. Really?! Must be something with my account?! Because I'm pretty sure the whole town of Rock River is down right now and I have called to confirm it is yet another outage. But you don't have outages like that....right?
