I had the most unpleasant experience with a employee named Justine because of her attitude. Not only was she disrespectful and loud, but would talk over you and never let you get a word in whatsoever. Myself and other local business owners I know will not be doing any partnership with Townsquare because of her.

Have worked with Townsquare with Bob Price for several years and Nikki Hawley as my fantastic rep ! Nikki keeps me there while on track to help my business Paradise Auto . Nikki is awesome keeping me informed while making sure my advertising dollars correctly used to benefit us at Paradise Auto . Kate is great at helping make the ads enjoyable yet professional ! Not one inquiry on our services with digital campaign. Nothing from raido adds. What a waste of money and time. I wished I asked around before dumping thousands of dollars with them. Many businesses I talked too said the same.

This company told me they would help build my online presence and webpage. In a months time they couldn't even leave me a review on my Google listing (i even gave them a link). Paid $350 for an out of state developer (had no idea what wyomings about) to create a generic site that didn't even include my color scheme. Nothing that we spoke about was in my pages description and it seemed very "copy and paste". Now I'm back to square one, holiday seasons approaching and my website is 100% garbage. Don't use these people. I used them for three years I'll I got was further down the list. I was over charged hired a new guy looked nothing g had been done with my stuff in months. This was the biggest waste of money and energy I've ever made.
