I was called to let me know that Nate was on his way to our house. When he arrived he came in, took his boots off at the door, being very polite & professional. We went in to where the furnace is & he explained the process of going from electric to natural gas. We stepped outside so he could look at the AC pump. After looking it over , he asked the question if it felt adequate enough, I told him just barely. He explained that for the Square footage of our home, that the existing AC was a half ton shy of what it should be. From there we went into my shop. I told him that we wanted to go natural gas in there to. I told him of my plans & he explained what would have to be done. He told me he would put together some options & give me an estimate by Wednesday. So far we are very happy with the service we have received.

We have heat!! We appreciate the customer service, knowledge, and overall experience we had with Climate Solutions. The entire team was an absolute pleasure to work with. From Kourtney helping us with the logistics and quote, to Fabian assessing and fixing, issues and installing all new equipment.
