Jacob is fantastic!!! He works through issues in a manner that is both courteous and educating, explaining things well. He takes the time that is needed to resolve an issue and if he needs to look into something he is diligent about following back up in a timely manner.

These folks are so personable, quick to help, and they know what they are doing. Refreshing in a town where customer service is not always the best. My work flow doesn't have to be derailed by technical issues because I know I can count on these folks. Highly recommend.
