I absolutely hate it when a company doesn't take the time or courtesy to update their website for the public. I was coming in from out of town, and although the web advertising said they were open on Saturday at 11:00, when I got to the front door Saturday was By Appointment only.! The worst part about the whole thing was that I had puttered around in Riverton all morning waiting for 11:00 to come around because that was supposedly when they opened on Saturday. Wasted my whole morning!

I sent my computer in spent a month there they got the wrong motherboard and we had it, took it back and took the computer elsewhere and where notified that they traveling computers had bent the motherboard pins before we took it back. Very unprofessional and should have been noted or prices should have been reduced

If the woman helping me had paid attention to the first two sentences I said she and I would have saved us a lot of time and energy. I told her I had reported a lost phone, and was trying to activate one and after having to buy another SIM card and wait for almost two hours before she figured out I needed to call my provider the entire time. So I'm out ten bucks and I'll never go back unless I desperately need to, even then I'll probably drive somewhere else.

Sandy, Becky and Mark are so helpful and patient with computers, software, cell phones and people! Thanks for all the great service and treating my mom and I like friends, not just customers!!

Prompt, honest and reasonably priced. I visited Traveling Computers first thing this morning with a laptop that would not recognize the power brick, Jeff got to work on it within an hour of my arrival and had the issue fixed within 3 hours! All for a reasonable fee. These guys are worth the visit!

I needed to replace my very old computer. Sandy gave me options based on my needs and worked late moving data and installing programs. I had questions the next day and she returned my call promptly.

They provided immediate and thorough help. I had purchased a laptop there a few years ago and when I recently came in with questions, they were so attentive. Buy your laptop here and get help when you need it- a great deal!

The lighting was fairly dim inside the store. They have a wide variety of electronics accessories and the staff seems knowledgeable about the products they carry.
