Customer Reviews & Testimonials

As someone who has traveled this entire country, I've played in Atlantic City to Vegas, down to Shreveport and up to Washington. If there was a casino in that state, I'd check it out. I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. When verifying my reservation I spoke with a real nice lady, Corrine, spelling is probably wrong. Either way, she had excellent customer service skills. There was a little mix-up at check-in, but the MOD was on it, and made everything right. Security was very accommodating with my special request. Spent some time in the Arapahoe Cultural Center, located in the hotel. A man named Gary ( Red Hair)? was very informative and I learned some things I never knew about the tribe. The only negative encounter I had, was with a young woman in the cashier area. I believe her name was Jerlin or Jarleen, not sure how she spells it, but I wasn't the only customer who felt offended. To say she was rude and inhospitable would be an understatement. Anytime I go to a new casino I sign up for any offers available. The Promotion desk was closed, so I went to the cashier cage. I told her I'd like to sign up for their players club, or whatever they called their program. She rudely said, "Is the machine not working?" I asked, what machine? So begin a short and dismissive communication about how I should just use "that machine." I had to cash out a few tickets over my stay, and sadly on occasion, I ended up at her window. As it turned out, over the next 2 days, I heard from other guests be it sitting outside in the sun, on a machine next to mine, or just waiting to cash in a ticket, no one wanted to approach her window. One woman said, "If anyone ever never a customer service course, it's "that girl!" Some employees do great work, always show up for a shift, but should never work with the public. She was the only negative experience. On the whole, this was a great stay! Nice people, clean rooms, good food, and fun machines. I'd recommend this hotel and casino to anyone looking for a getaway or passing through. I thank the staff for being so accommodating.

Last minute trip to get out of town and smoke from fires 3 miles away.||Room was nice, large, and clean. Bed was great, First good nights sleep in 3 months. I had limited interaction with the staff, but except for 1 issue, it was very good. The issue was that they give better prices to casino members, I gave them my casino card. But they failed to correct the room price. I was billed full price. They did attempt to correct the credit card charge, but it never went through.

I visit this place every couple of weeks. I actually don't mind the casino itself, the hotel, the restaurants, etc. There are some customer service issues no doubt, but you can look past them. Except for one area.....|The Sportsbook. I don't know how they expect to get any serious business over there. The kiosks can't handle pushes, the cashiers at the cage cannot figure out how to cash a winning ticket (or a push) and the only person on staff they have is never manning the desk to handle tickets....even on the Monday morning after an NFL Sunday. They make it impossible to cash out your winners and pushes. Unless you have a couple hours to kill by pestering employees until someone finally shows and cashes it...don't bet sports here. I know this is my last attempt at it. If you're in Wyoming, just stick to the apps, DK, FD, MGM, CZR and Fliff. There's no need to go through this headache. At the moment of writing this, I've been waiting and pestering employees for 2 hours for a $860 ticket.

The rooms are pretty nice there isn't a pool, but plenty of gambling.

Stayed several nights to enjoy casino. First night room had horrible chemical smell. Should have asked for different room. My bad. Smell went away 2nd day. Just fyi, they're weekend begins on Thursday...higher rates. Got one price when I called for reservations and different price when we arrived. When I called for reservations was told prices were higher because it was conference season. When we checked in it was because they're weekend rates started on Thursday. Maybe they should get their stories straight. Also had to call 5 times before I anyone answered. Casino has taken out a lot of the really fun games. Took out probably one of the most popular games in all casinos... Quick Hits. Have too many table games, very, very few people playing them. Put some of the old games in place of some of these tables no one plays at. Bright spot...food at the Buffalo was really good. Will be a while before we go back if at all. It is fairly close, 2 1/2 hrs, but guess we'll go to Biloxi or Vegas.

For the person that bitched about being required to wear a mask. The tribe was hit pretty heavy with covid and you should not have had to be asked. should have had enough empathy to try to protect others which is what the masks were for. This is a welcoming place, a great place to gamble, and the amenities are top of the line. their slot hosts and Casino host Carlino are the best. They have the latest and most popular slots. Get over yourself. fact is in the name of public safety your required to wear seat belts. be inoculated to attend school, follow speed limits, not drink and drive and not smoke in public.how is this any different? you had a choice to not go in but you donned the mask didn't you. If that's all you can comment on your reveiw is useless. Try commenting on the whole experience not just a bullshit complaint, as Covid is now under control how does your reveiw help folks decide whether to visit. For you folks looking for a great casino experience this is the place to go.

I have stayed here multiple times and have always enjoyed my stay. The hotel has a large casino attached to the hotel that offers mostly slots but does have a few table games as well. There are 2 sit down type restaurants onsite as well as a walk up restaurant for to go type stuff. The hotel parking lot is huge and offer parking for any size vehicle you are driving/pulling, including semis. The rooms are larger than average and offer everything you would expect in a room. The bed was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and offered all the hot water you could ever need. They have recently increased the rates at the hotel so it's a bit more expensive than it used to be but that's understandable. Overall, this is a great place to stay and I would highly recommend staying here when in the area.
