The staff is very helpful. They explain how it works, what you need to do, and show you how to do it. They have the technical knowledge to help you with your problems or questions. We had to buy a new computer so they asked questions first what we used it for and what was important to us. Then they made recommendations. They have computers in store so you don't have to order on line. They provide security on your computer at a very low cost with an annual plan.

I had to take my laptop in for repair. The staff was very friendly and professional. Service came as fast as possible with a long que. I would highly recommend coming here if you need computer repairs and don't have the time to send it back to the company.

We were never on the same page.I don't think they tried hard enough to figure out what was best for my situation.

Very professional. I cant say there is anything wrong with these guys but i have never had any services from them. Only a few product that i have bought. If you are in a pinch they have a good amount of computer parts at the ready with a slight mark up for small town convenience of course.

Effective team of people, from the owner down. I had an issue on a Sunday morning, submitted a ticket, and was not only helped but had two follow ups to make sure all was good. Impressive!

Did not address the issue our computer was there for but replaced the same component that they replaced 6 months ago , no warranty on labor or part , 320$ for nothing...
